Is this event dog-friendly?
There venue has a strict no dogs rule. 

What food will be provided?
The large dinners will be provided on Friday and Saturday!
A smaller dinner will be provided on Thursday and Sunday for those who are helping set up/clean up. 

When should I arrive?
Opening circle is 1pm on Friday the 8th, and we wish for all folks to be presented and accounted for by then!
Folks can start arriving on Thursday the 7th, and if you're interested in helping with set up, we welcome the help! 

When should I leave?
Closing circle is 1pm on Sunday the 10th and then it's clean up time!
We need to be offsite by Monday the 11th, so if you want to stay and help clean, we welcome the help! [many hands make light work ♡ and also more future parties 😛]
